Tiffany & Co

Tiffany and Co Bead Bracelet

Tiffany and Co is a brand that has been around for 175 years and always been has known to provide an elegant, stylish and unique touch to their jewellery.
Every piece of jewellery comes gracefully packaged in the little famous blue box, tied with a dainty white ribbon.

The first time I set my eyes on a Tiffany and Co boutique, I knew I wanted to take a look inside.
The boutique I visited was inside of Selfridges, London. It is a small store but still bursting with beautiful jewellery designs, from stunning silvers to beautiful golds with a touch of breathtaking diamonds.

I entered the store not knowing what my first Tiffany purchase should be. I spent about and hour in awe of what was in front of me.
After about an hour, I then knew exactly which piece I wanted. I had chosen the original and very popular bead bracelet.
The bracelet comes in two sizes, small beads and medium beads. I had chosen the medium size.

Now it's time to reveal to you my beautiful bracelet...
Ta-Dah!

The Sales Assistants at the boutique were quite rude. I waited a while to be served and they let people go ahead of me, which I thought was utterly unfair as I had been waiting for assistance for a good while.
As much as I love Tiffany & Co, I felt as if the experience of buying such a beautiful, luxury item was slightly ruined.

Overall, I will continue to love Tiffany & Co. It is something that will truly last a life time.

What was the first ever Tiffany & Co Piece you purchased?

Michael Kors Watch

I have always been such a huge fan of elegant, gold statement watches, so when I stumbled across the Michael Kors watch collection, I knew I had to get one. I'm the type of person that vigorously does their research before buying an item, especially when it is around the £200 mark.

I have wanted a Michael Kors watch for a while, but with mixed reviews on the watches, at first I wasn't too sure about purchasing, but I took the plunge.
On Christmas 2012 I received the watch as a gift from my Mum, which I was over the moon about, it was stunningly beautiful such a statement piece.

Myself wearing the MK5556 watch. Price - £229
I had this watch for around three months, wore it everyday and was extremely careful with it.
After a month of owning this gorgeous watch, I was noticing a few tarnishes around the face of the watch. I also noticed a ton of scratches. I was extremely disappointed as this was my dream watch and a huge investment piece.

I decided to take it back to the store where it was purchased (Beaverbrooks Jewellers) and asked them if they could do anything to help. I was not expecting them to help as the returns and exchanges had expired. To my surprise, they immediately took the watch and told me that they would exchange it for me. I was extremely happy. I then decided I still wanted a Michael Kors watch but a different model, the Michael Kors Lexington watch.

Lexington Watch. Price - £229
In my opinion, I prefer the Lexington watch. It is still very much a statement watch, but I feel that it is less bulky and has an elegant touch to it. I also think it looks like it could be a duplicate for a Rolex watch. (I'm not complaining about that!)
As you can see, the bracelet is a different style to the watch which I exchanged. I personally prefer this style as I feel that if it does scratch, it will not be as visible.

Overall, I will continue to love Michael Kors watches and his beautiful designs. I feel that everyone needs a beautiful statement watch to glam up an outfit. It is something that will never go out of style, as Yves Saint Laurent says ''Fashions fade, but style is eternal''.

What is your favorite brand of watch and why?

Have a lovely day.
